LNCS LEADERSHIP INTEGRATION

In recognition of the important role that effective leadership skills play in providing today's students with an advantage in tomorrow's competitive world, LNCS is committed to leadership integration in preparing our students for their individual and group leadership responsibilities.

A great deal of flexibility has been provided for individual teachers as they use our framework to integrate leadership in their specific content area. The following are the goals of our Leadership Integration:   

Ø  To develop in every LNCS student an awareness of his or her own leadership potential

 

Ø  To assist LNCS students in developing essential leadership skills that enable them to act responsibly in all aspects of their lives

 

Ø  To develop citizens who possess leadership abilities to meet present and future challenges in a global society

 

Ø  To provide LNCS students with opportunities to learn and practice essential leadership skills within their community
